But regardless of any of that, even if I had been absolutely thrilled with their service and stupid products, I don't like being told that my insurance is going to cover something and then it doesn't. From what I recall, there wasn't even any uncertaintynot even a "I'm not sure".they said they called and it would be covered. If I had any question of whether this would be covered, I would never have agreed to this, because again, the previous work was not causing me any problems.
